What a way to kick off the MHSAA Flint Metro League Championship with Diving Prelims! Last night, 12 talented divers took to the board and gave it their all.
After completing 8 of the 11 scheduled dives, here are the Top 5 divers to watch in Saturday’s Final:
Keagan a Senior from Fenton finished at the top of the night with a 163.00 score after 8 Dives.
Finishing in 2nd after 8 dives is the up and coming Sophomore - Landon from Kearsley with a 156.10. Through out the night Landon and Keagan flipped flopped on who was the number one contender. It will be interesting to see who ends up on top in the final three dives during finals on Saturday.
Holly Junior Thomas can not be ruled out for that top spot finishing third after 8 rounds of diving with a 136.75.
Finishing 4th another up and coming sophomore from Owosso, Talan with a score of 131.30. Talan is another diver to keep an eye on for the next few years.
Close behind in 5th place, Fenton Senior Adrian with a 131.05 after 8 Dives.
